Professor Bellenge illustrated through practical examples that human resource management in an organization is a dynamic process. HR requires the establishment of frequent and close communication between leaders and employees, and between employees and employees. there can be many ways to establish communication, but active choice to listen and take action is the basis of communication and interaction. effective communication in the workplace promotes the effective application of organizational rules and keeps organizational productivity at a high level. This article is a description of my process of solving problems in the HR department, where I addressed the problems that exist with employees based on the actual work needs of the organization and the work environment. Human resource management is an important aspect of public organizations because public services are not hugely attractive in the market. The demand for talent is huge among different organizations, so public organizations should have enough capacity to develop and retain talent.
