Professor Fisk demonstrated how to conduct systematic strategic analysis and how to assemble data to demonstrate proposals both individually and as part of a team. He also highlighted how to make clear and structured recommendations while effectively defending my positions. This article describes my ability to make ethical decisions even in the face of a complex work environment. I also provide methods and perspectives for working ethically that have practical effects and that can be used in organizational efforts to manage employees. In a diverse work environment, different races, cultures, families, and individuals may have unique thought patterns and work habits, and these unique components are integral to a diverse work environment. Effective communication in a diverse environment is complex, so I will understand different cultural backgrounds and knowledge, and collaborate and communicate while respecting others and following rules. Therefore ethics in the work environment is very important and I learned to resolve conflicts between individuals and reduce the risk of misunderstandings through understanding and communication.
