In this assignment, I analyzed the organization's financial system and provided the organization's managers with options for potentially improving the efficiency of managing the finances. Understanding the financial structure of nonprofit organizations is an essential skill for public administrators because of the importance of the financial status of nonprofit organizations to their operations. I learned a lot of terms related to economics and finance in the process, and in memorizing different financial terms I realized the complex and dynamic process of financial management.
