Professor Fisk gave me the opportunity to evaluate leadership in a strategic and rigorous approach. I learned that how to organize evidence backing up proposals both personally and as working in a team. This class also taught me about making precise, unambiguous recommendations and convincingly explain my positions, both in writing and orally. In this assignment, I analyzed the competencies that I should have as a leader of a public organization. Qhen managing a public organization, the manager of the organization should be able to adapt the management approach to the characteristics of the team according to the needs of the organization. In studying leadership, I have found that the ethical standards of managers are very important. Ethical standards are the basic needs of leaders and team members in their work lives. Therefore, in the process of managing a team, team leaders need to be strict in their own behavior. By learning these skills, I learned the importance of leadership in public administration, and I also learned the basic elements of achieving leaderhsip.
